Nokia had launched the Lumia 720 and 520 smartphones recently, and now they are being made available for the Indian market too, for an attractive pricing and the decent specifications. The announcement was made along with the two cheaper phones, the Nokia 301 and Nokia 105. The Nokia 520 is priced at Rs. 10499, which is around USD 195 and it is the lower model in the two Windows Phone devices that were launched.
The Nokia Lumia 520 comes with the 4-inch WVGA display, Snapdragon S4 dual-core 1 GHz processor (Qualcomm Krait) and 512MB of RAM, while there is a 5-megapixel camera on the rear side and it has got a bundle of options included to play around with the camera – Cinemagraph, Smart Shoot, Panorama, Auto Focus, Touch Focus, Smart Shoot Lens.
The internal storage included in the phone is 8GB, and with the help of a MicroSD card one can expand the storage to 64GB. The connectivity options included are Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi, 3G and there is a 1420 mAh battery in the phone. The device doesn’t stop the features list with just these above listed ones, but there are a lot of other features too packed in the device.
The pricing of the Lumia 520 is confirmed at Rs. 10499 but we will have to wait to confirm where it would be available, and what the pricing of the Lumia 720 would be.
