Update Moto G to Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS Using AOSP ROM:
Step 1: Download the Android 5.1.1 Lollipop firmware files on your PC.

Step 4: Move all the above downloaded files to the internal storage of your device.

Step 7: Choose “install zip from SD card” and “choose zip from SD card”
