- Enable a proper custom recovery tool like CWM or TWRP on your device.

Update HTC Desire 710 E to Android 5.0.2 Lollipop OS:
Step 1: Download the Android 5.0.2 Lollipop firmware files on your PC.
Step 2: Now, download the Gapps files as well. Make sure that you haven’t unzipped any of the above downloaded files.
